Madison Square Boys & Girls Club Inc. has submitted a bankruptcy reorganization plan that would create a trust with up to $21 million to pay abuse claimants.
The New York-based chapter of the Boys & Girls Club of America filed for bankruptcy last summer to resolve 149 sex abuse claims allegedly perpetrated by a now-deceased doctor who volunteered as a physician for the organization while employed by Rockefeller University.
