BowFlex Wins Approval of $37 Million Sale to Johnson Health Tech

BowFlex Inc. won bankruptcy court permission to sell its business to Johnson Health Tech Retail Inc. for $37.5 million after the maker of home fitness equipment failed to attract better bids for its business.

  • Judge Andrew B. Altenburg Jr. said Monday he’d approve the sale after a BowFlex lawyer said the company canceled a proposed Chapter 11 auction because they didn’t get any other qualified bids for its assets
