Bluestem Brands Inc., an e-commerce retailer behind brands such as Fingerhut and Gettington.com, must disclose more information to stakeholders before they vote on the company’s Chapter 11 plan, the Justice Department’s bankruptcy watchdog says.
The bankruptcy court shouldn’t accept the company’s disclosure statement unless it makes changes to resolve “several informational deficiencies,” the U.S. Trustee’s Office said in an objection filed June 12 with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
