BlackRock, Veritas Seek Advice as RSA Security Debt Talks Go On

A group of lenders to private equity-backed RSA Security including BlackRock Inc. and Veritas Capital tapped advisers as the company looks to negotiate a deal over its debt load, according to people familiar with the matter.

The creditor group is seeking advice from investment bank Ducera Partners and Akin Gump Hauer Strauss & Feld, said the people, who asked not to be identified discussing private information. Investors in the group have various debt holdings weighted toward first- and second-lien loans, they said.
