The U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware approved Nov. 20 the bidding procedures for the sale of substantially all the assets of Chapter 11 debtor Velti Inc.'s mobile marketing business units (In re Velti Inc., Bankr. D. Del., No. 13-12878 (PJW)).
The debtor entered a prepackaged sale of the assets of its mobile marketing business in connection with its Chapter 11 petition, according to court documents.
