Bed Bath & Beyond to Hold May 9 Vote on Reverse Stock Split Plan

Bed Bath & Beyond will hold a virtual special shareholder meeting at 10am EDT on May 9, according to a filing.

• To vote on proposal for a reverse stock split of its common stock, par value $0.01 per share, at a ratio in the range of 1-for-10 to 1-for-20, and the adjournment of the special meeting to permit further solicitation of additional proxies if there are insufficient votes to approve the plan
