Barclays Says to Buy Munis for NASA HQ Trading Near 50 Cents

Municipal bond investors should consider buying debt sold to support the headquarters of the US space agency after some securities dropped to prices near 50 cents on the dollar, according to analysts at Barclays Plc.

The bonds are backed by lease payments made by the US government. Such debt has been stung in recent weeks after President Donald Trump and Elon Musk have urged the General Services Administration, the government’s real estate manager, to cut federal office space.
