The bankruptcy trustee for Girardi Keese struck a settlement with Tom Girardi’s brother resolving a fight over fees from cases he worked on after leaving the law firm.
John Girardi, who now runs is his own practice, will pay about $688,000 as part of the proposed settlement, according to a motion filed Wednesday by Chapter 7 trustee Elissa D. Miller in the US Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California.
