Hertz Seeks Up to $12.1 Million for Top Employee Bonuses (Correct)

The Hertz Corp. asked a bankruptcy judge to allow the rental car giant to award up to $12.1 million in bonuses to company managers, saying the payments “will further align and motivate” them “to accomplish the difficult tasks ahead.”

The company laid out two distinct 2021 “incentive plans” as part of a motion filed Tuesday in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
