Bankrupt Broadcaster Levels Clawback Suits at Sinclair, JPMorgan

Diamond Sports Group, the bankrupt broadcaster of local sports programs, sued its parent company and JPMorgan Chase & Co., claiming the they wrongly diverted assets away from the troubled company.

Details of both lawsuits have been sealed, for now. The case against its parent, Sinclair Broadcast Group Inc., involves claims that Diamond was wrongly forced to distribute money up to its parent company. Less information was available about the JPMorgan lawsuit, but it also seeks to recover assets that Diamond claims were wrongly transferred.
