Bankrupt actor Danny Trejo told a federal court that he’s working with the Internal Revenue Service and a California taxing authority on a plan to pay back roughly $3 million in taxes they say he owes.
The actor and businessman’s attorneys are in discussions with the taxing authorities to come up with a consensual bankruptcy plan, according to papers filed Thursday in a Central California bankruptcy court.
