Bankrupt 4E Brands, Texas Agree to Toxic Sanitizer Clean-Up Terms

4E Brands Northamerica LLC, a bankrupt unit of Kimberly-Clark de Mexico, struck a deal with a Texas regulator on the proper ways of cleaning up its toxic hand sanitizer, paving the way for a liquidation plan to be submitted for court approval.

4E representatives and the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality said at a bankruptcy court hearing Wednesday that they reached agreeable language on proper disposal that will be added to the liquidation plan.
