B+H Ocean Carriers Ltd. filed for Chapter 11 protection May 30 in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York (In re B+H Ocean Carriers Ltd., Bankr. S.D.N.Y., Case No. 12-12356-scc
The Hamilton, Bermuda-based company established in 1988 “is a provider of international liquid and dry bulk seaborne transportation services, carrying petroleum products, crude oil, vegetable oils and dry bulk cargoes,” according to a statement on its website.
