Global automotive supplier OPmobility sued Marelli Automotive for alleged trade secret misappropriation and tortious interference, claiming its bankrupt rival poached former top executive Laurent Favre.
Marelli moved to hire Favre, who left OPmobility last fall for “personal reasons,” despite warnings that this hiring could jeopardize OPmobility’s confidential information and legal rights, the French automotive supplier claimed in a complaint Tuesday in the US Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
