Armstrong Flooring Buyers Win Right to Use ‘Armstrong’ Name

The buyers of Armstrong Flooring’s operations won the right to the “Armstrong” name and trademarks in a bankruptcy hearing Friday following a dispute that threatened to scuttle the court-approved sales worth approximately $200 million.
