Armstrong Flooring Approved to Sell Operations for $197 Million

Armstrong Flooring Inc. won court approval to sell its operations to three different groups of buyers who will pay about $197 million in all.

  • US Bankruptcy Judge Mary Walrath said at a video court hearing Tuesday that she will sign an order allowing the sales to go forward once final wording on the documents is ready
  • The company’s US business will be bought by a consortium including Gordon Brothers Commercial & Industrial for $107 million, according to court documents
