Argentina’s YPF in Talks With Banks for Mandate to Sell Metrogas

Argentine state-run oil company YPF is in talks with several banks as it moves to mandate one of them to sell its 70% stake in natural gas distributor Metrogas SA, said a person familiar with the matter who asked not to be named discussing internal matters.
