Arena Group Director Ross Levinsohn Resigns Over Disagreements

Arena Group Holdings said ex-CEO Ross Levinsohn resigned as a director last week over disagreements with the board, including job cuts.

• “Today’s obliteration of Sports Illustrated’s storied newsroom and the union busting tactics is the last straw,” Levinsohn said in his resignation letter, in which he also cited “the abhorrent actions of this board over the past six weeks,” according to a regulatory filing
