Aquiline-Backed OSG Billing Hires Advisers to Address Debt Pile

Billing company Output Services Group Inc. has started working with financial and legal advisers at Evercore Inc. and Ropes & Gray as it weights options for its roughly $660 million of debt due in 2024, according to people with knowledge of the situation.

Meanwhile, a group of the company’s lenders is seeking advice from Stroock & Stroock & Lavan, said the people, who asked not to be identified because they aren’t authorized to speak.
