Aquatic Parks Operator’s Ex-CEO Seeks to Toss US Bankruptcy Case

The Dolphin Co.'s former CEO is seeking to toss its US bankruptcy case after a Mexican court reinstated him as president of the board of the marine animal parks operator’s parent entity.

Eduardo de Martin Albor Villanueva said a Mexican court invalidated corporate resolutions used to remove him from the company and initiate the US bankruptcy. Albor has been reinstated as president of the board of Mexican parent entity Controladora Dolphin SA DE CV, he said in a motion filed Wednesday in the US Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
