Former NFL wide receiver Antonio Brown is facing a call from a government bankruptcy watchdog to shift his bankruptcy process to a liquidation after he skipped a court hearing citing medical reasons, but then appeared on Joe Rogan’s podcast.
The US Trustee, in a motion filed Tuesday in the US Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida, accused Brown of bad faith conduct, alleging a lack of candor and failing to adequately disclose financial information.
Brown has failed to address those issues despite several opportunities to do so, the US Trustee said.
