Former NFL wide receiver Antonio Brown remains liable for a $1.2 million judgment stemming from a 2020 alleged assault on a moving company delivery driver, a Florida bankruptcy judge ruled.
Judge Peter D. Russin of the US Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida issued an order Tuesday blocking Brown from using his Chapter 11 case to discharge liability for an alleged physical attack on plaintiff Anton Tumanov. The ruling upholds Tumanov’s civil court victory over Brown in 2022.
