The parents of a six-year-old girl who died in an accident at an amusement park operated by Glenwood Caverns Holdings LLC moved to transfer the company’s bankruptcy proceeding to Colorado, where a $116 million state court judgment is pending.
The majority of Glenwood Cavernss creditors are also in Colorado, the girl’s parents Dagne and Rahel Estifanos said in a Tuesday motion in the US Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. The company’s operations, employees and management are also in Colorado, they said.
The company’s only connection to Delaware is that it was incorporated in the state, the parents said. ...
