AMERICAS DISTRESS DAILY: Rothschild Poaches Bankers From Lazard

Rothschild & Co. has hired two senior bankers from Lazard Inc. as it deepens its push into the US restructuring business, according to people with knowledge of the situation.

The bankers, Brandon Aebersold and Parry Sorensen, will join Rothschild’s restructuring team later this year in New York as managing directors, according to the people, who asked not to be named because they’re not authorized to speak publicly.
