Some lenders to Byron Allen’s media conglomerate have reached out to the company, seeking to discuss a possible debt deal after talks last year proved unsuccessful, according to people familiar with the situation.

  • Certain Allen Media creditors are asking for a partial loan paydown from asset-sale proceeds and tighter covenants in return for a maturity extension, said the people, who asked not to identified discussing a private matter
