American Virtual Cloud Technologies Files for Bankruptcy

American Virtual Cloud Technologies Inc., a publicly traded information technology company, filed for bankruptcy in Delaware on Wednesday.

The company, based in Atlanta, listed assets and liabilities of as much as $50 million each in its bankruptcy petition. The Chapter 11 filing allows American Virtual to keep operating while working on a plan to repay creditors.

The case is American Virtual Cloud Technologies Inc., 23-10020, US Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
