AMC Raised About $250M of New Equity Capital in ATM Offering

AMC Entertainment Holdings completed its previously disclosed “at-the-market” equity offering launched on March 28 and raised about $250 million of new equity capital.

• Sold 72.5 million shares, before commissions and fees, at an average price of approximately $3.45 per share
• NOTE: March 28, AMC Entertainment May Sell From Time to Time Up to $250m Stock
• AMC is up about 54% in premarket trading
