Ambipar Says Borlenghi’s Stake Cut to 59.5% Amid Dispute

Ambipar’s controlling shareholder Tercio Borlenghi Junior reduced his direct and indirect stake in the company to 59.54% from 67.68%, the company said.

  • Borlenghi says 136m common shares have been given as collateral
    • He said the operations were irregular and carried out illegally
    • His stake had already been reduced previously, with shares also given as collateral
