Altor Says Klas Johansson Steps Down as Co-Managing Partner

Swedish private equity firm Altor says Co-Managing Partner Klas Johansson has decided to step down from his position due to personal reasons, according to a statement.

• Johansson will by the end of the month transition to a role as senior adviser and a board member of Altor portfolio companies, “for at least the next two years,” firm says
