Altice USA Creditors Make Pact in Move to Prevent Lender Fights

A group of lenders to Altice USA Inc.has agreed to band together in an effort to make it harder for the troubled company to pit creditors against each other, according to people with knowledge of the matter.

The cooperation agreement will initially last 18 months, with the option of being extended multiple times, according to one of the people, who asked not be identified because the information is private.

The terms of the pact are in line with those that Bloomberg News reported last month amid growing concerns that Altice USA may seek to restructure its debt load.
