AlphaCredit Says It Entered Bankruptcy Proceedings in Mexico

Mexican payroll lender Alpha Holding SA, known as AlphaCredit, and related companies had a pre-pack petition accepted by a Mexico City bankruptcy judge this week, the company said in statement late Tuesday.

  • Alpha Holding SA, AlphaCredit Capital SA and Acercandonos API were declared in so-called “concurso mercantil” bankruptcy proceedings on April 4 by the First District Court in Bankruptcy Proceeding Matters, the company said
