Alpha Wave to Buy Carlyle’s Stake in Nxtra Data: Moneycontrol

Carlyle Group is in advanced talks to sell its 24% stake in Airtel’s data center business, Nxtra Data, to Alpha Wave Global, Moneycontrol reports, citing people familiar with the matter.

• The deal is expected to close soon
• Carlyle paid about $235 million for its stake in 2020
