AlixPartners Adds Restructuring Adviser to Middle East Practice

AlixPartners hired a former PwC restructuring partner to expand its Middle East practice, according to a statement.

  • Matthew Wilde joined the firm’s Dubai office to work with clients across the region, AlixPartners said.
  • Wilde led PwC’s Middle East restructuring practice for six years, as part of a nearly 20-year career with the firm, before becoming an independent chief restructuring officer.
  • He has worked on the NMC, Al Jaber Group, OW Bunker, DryDocks World and Dubai World restructurings, according to the statement.
