A bankruptcy judge ordered right-wing online program host Alex Jones to submit updated and accurate financial disclosures by March 30 or risk the future of his Chapter 11 case.
Jones will be called into court for a “serious hearing” about his case unless a complete account of assets and financial status is filed, Judge Christopher Lopez of the US Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas said at a Wednesday hearing.
“We don’t have a case if there aren’t accurate schedules,” Lopez said. “The process demands transparency.”
