Houston bankruptcy Judge Christopher M. Lopez heard a second day of testimony Tuesday challenging the satirical news site’s winning bid for the Infowars assets. A decision by the judge may determine whether Jones will lose control over the platform he’s been broadcasting conspiratorial right-wing content on for roughly 25 years.
