Aluminum manufacturing and recycling firm Aleris International Inc. announced June 1 that it has emerged from Chapter 11, having completed its financial and operational restructuring (In re Aleris International Inc.).
Previously, Aleris International announced May 13 that the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware entered an order confirming the company’s reorganization plan (22 BBLR 674, 5/20/10).
