The time period for the US Department of Justice to complete its regulatory investigation of Alaska Airlines and Hawaiian Airlines’ proposed deal has expired, Alaska said in a statement.
- Deal remains subject to other conditions, including approval from the US Department of Transportation of an interim exemption application
