AES Corp. says an arbitral tribunal of the International Centre for the Settlement of Investment Disputes issued an arbitration award in its favor for about ~$733m in damages.
- The tribunal ordered Argentina on May 30 to pay that amount to AES, which includes an award of costs, as well as accrued interest, AES said in a regulatory 8-K filing
