Administrators Return Two U.K. Gas Stations to Calon Energy

Calon Energy’s Severn Power and Sutton Bridge natural gas-fired power stations have been taken out of administration and returned to the company directors, according to a KPMG report.

  • “The Company will continue to operate and maintain the power station under the control of its directors. We understand the directors plan to continue to hold the power station assets in a dormant state, under a preservation plan until such a point where market conditions are such that the decision is made to return the power station to an operational state” it said in two separate reports, one for each station
