A Connecticut bankruptcy judge sealed a woman’s abuse allegations against rapper 50 Cent, finding documents that make “scandalous or defamatory” claims must be kept from public view under bankruptcy law.
Court filings containing the allegations will remain sealed until further order “due to their potential to cause economic and/or reputational harm to the Debtor,” Judge Ann Nevins of the US Bankruptcy Court for the District of Connecticut said in an order Monday.
