Wells Fargo Workers Seek Bank Strategy Change Ahead of Talks (1)

Wells Fargo & Co. workers are calling on the bank to end its “divisive anti-union campaign” and update its bargaining strategy ahead of contract negotiations scheduled to resume this week.

More than 100 Wells Fargo employees signed on to a letter sent Tuesday to President and CEO Charles Scharf urging the bank to reconsider its plans to negotiate a separate contract for each branch that votes to join Wells Fargo Workers United, part of the Communications Workers of America.
