Wells Fargo & Co. agreed to settle claims that a manager at a Salt Lake City call center made improper threats to an employee who was passing out pro-union flyers in a breakroom.
The settlement, obtained by Bloomberg Law and dated April 28, brings to a close one of two unfair labor practice cases filed against the San Francisco-based bank in 2022. The claims came amid an unprecedented attempt to unionize workers at one of the country’s largest banks.
