An executive order issued late Tuesday expanded the president’s directive on banning DEI policies from the government, urging all federal agencies to identify as many as nine potential civil compliance investigations in the private sector, including publicly-listed companies. The order directs agencies to encourage corporations and other groups to end “illegal DEI discrimination and preferences.”
