Santander Global Head of Research Barbara Navarro Steps Down

Barbara Navarro is stepping down as Banco Santander SA’s global head of research, public policy and institutional relations, according to people familiar with the matter.

Navarro, who was based in Madrid, has already left the bank, according to the people, who asked not to be named as the matter isn’t public. Her role won’t be filled, according to one of the people.

She had joined in mid-2022 from Google, where she was head of Google Cloud, government affairs and public policy in Asia-Pacific, according to her LinkedIn profile.
