Pirro Says She Is Continuing to Probe Fed for Cost Overruns

US Attorney Jeanine Pirro said she is continuing her controversial investigation into building-renovation cost overruns by the Federal Reserve.

Pirro, who is the US attorney for the District of Columbia, has been fighting a legal battle to serve subpoenas to the central bank as part of a criminal investigation into the cost overruns and congressional testimony Chair Jerome Powell provided on the matter.
