Nasdaq CFO Dennison to Be Succeeded by UBS Alum Youngwood (2)

Nasdaq Inc. Chief Financial Officer Ann Dennison is stepping down to be replaced by former UBS Group AG CFO Sarah Youngwood.

Dennison will leave Nasdaq, the second-largest US stock exchange, at the end of the year following a transition period, Nasdaq said in a statement, confirming an earlier report by Bloomberg News. She plans to spend more time with her family, according to an internal memo seen by Bloomberg.
