Morgan Stanley Lifts CEO’s Pay 32% to $45 Million for 2025 (1)

Morgan Stanley boosted Chief Executive Officer Ted Pick’s pay to $45 million in 2025 after a record year for the Wall Street firm.

Three-quarters of his bonus will be deferred over three years, and all of his deferred incentive is given through equity awards, according to a filing Wednesday. In 2024 — his first year leading the bank — Pick was awarded $34 million.

Pick, 57, took charge of the bank in early 2024 after years of leading its trading operations. He was later named chairman.
