Christopher Soller joined McGuireWoods as a partner in its financial services litigation practice in Pittsburgh, the firm announced Thursday.
Soller represents clients in complex commercial litigation, risk mitigation, corporate governance, and financial reporting matters, the firm said.
He joins from BNY, where he was a senior legal officer.
