Lombard Odier Taps UBS’s Liu as Private Client Chief in Asia

Francis Liu will join Lombard Odier from UBS Group AG to lead the firm’s private client business in Asia.

Liu will also be chief executive officer for Singapore at the Swiss private bank, effective Sept. 1, according to people with knowledge of the matter. Vincent Magnenat, Lombard Odier’s Asia CEO, will take on an additional role as global head of strategic alliances for the private client business, said the people, who asked not to be identified because the move hasn’t yet been publicly announced.
