Lloyds to Weigh RTO Compliance in Top Banker Bonus Decisions

Lloyds Banking Group Plc will consider how well some of its bankers complied with return-to-office requirements as part of its bonus decisions this year.

The move only applies to a limited number of senior staffers, according to a person familiar with the matter. For about 80% of employees, office attendance will not be considered, the person said, asking not to be identified discussing non-public information.
